Condo Association meeting

Spring/Summer is finally here.  We’ve had our first Resident led association meeting and discussed alot of issues.  For those that couldn’t attend, we’ll send out meeting notes.

Here’s a summary of a few of the things discussed on 3/23/2010 7pm in the amenity room:

  • The chiller for the building will be turned on April 19th.  We must make sure the chance of a freeze is past to ensure it is not damagedby freezing temperatures.
  • The hours of the fitness room is being reviewed.
  • The BBQ grill will be available for use on xx/xx/xxxx
  • The pool will be opened on xx/xx/xxxx
